Bridge of Science - Rita Levi Montalcini

This is a cycle-pedestrian structure located on the Tiber River, between Ponte dell'Industria and Ponte Marconi. Built by the Maeg company, it connects the area of Lungotevere Papareschi-Gassman, where the Teatro India and the Città del Gusto are located, with the Ostiense area of the RomaTre University and the archaeological area of the Parco Fluviale del Tevere.
The bridge is named after Rita Levi Montalcini, a senator and Nobel Prize winner in medicine, who died in 2012.
