Description
With these Roman Forum and Palatine Hill tickets you set the pace. There is no group to follow and nobody waiting at the gate: the tickets arrive by email and WhatsApp, and you walk in by yourself and use the digital guide app to make sense of the ruins.
Down on the Forum floor you follow the paths of Roman citizens and emperors past the remains of temples, basilicas and government buildings. Then you climb the Palatine, where the imperial palaces stood, and you get panoramic views over the city.
The SuperSites pass adds several extra places to the visit:
- The lower floor of the Palatine Museum
- The House of Augustus and the House of Livia, each closed one day a week
- The Aula Isiaca and the Loggia Mattei
- The exhibition rooms of the Domus Tiberiana
- Santa Maria Antiqua
Every visitor's full name must be given at booking exactly as it appears on their ID, and the ID can be checked at the entrance. A live guide, drinks and transport are not part of this ticket, and the site is not suited to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.
